Production Line Capacity
The production line seller offered is designed to provide an annual output of 1800 tons spunbonded nonwoven fabrics (output calculation is based on product fabric weighted at 70gsm, equipment running 360days annually, the effective width of produced fabric is 1600mm, weight range 9~250gsm)
Technical Documants
Technical documents and drawing for conduction required civil wor, equipment operation, installation and maintenance manual, production recipe will be provided by seller
Packing requirements
large parts wrapped in several turns of films, small parts boxed in wooden
case, each package is numbered and packed to easy loading/unloading and installation purpose
Payment
1) 30% cash in advanced within one week by T/T after contract is signed;
2) 68% by T/T within one week after acceptance inspection is passed; Shipment is made in one week after 68% is received;
3) Balance 2% should be paid by T/T in 15 dyas after acceptance is acknowledged and qualified fabric is produced.
